INGREDIENTS
10 oz. (280g) cooked turkey breast, chopped

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 red onion, diced

1/2 cup (60g) dried cranberries, unsweetened

1/2 cup (70g) roasted almonds, chopped

4 tbsp. mayonnaise

4tbsp. Greek yogurt

1 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Chopped celery stalks, onions and roasted almonds.

Step 2

Whisk the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and Dijon mustard.

Step 3

Divide the dressing among 4 small glass jars.

Step 4

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Mix until well combined.

Step 6

Serve the salad immediately with salad dressing.
