I'm not sure if I can make the sessions, will there be a replay?
Yes, the videos will be recorded and hosted in our private group for up to a week after the challenge has finished.
I'm not sure if this challenge is for me?
Everyone has a gut and even if you don’t have negative gut health symptoms you will learn a lot! Enough to not have gut health issues in the future!
Where do I do the challenge?
The challenge will be delivered via our Private Facebook Group – Awaecnan Weight Loss Support, when you sign up to the challenge you will receive a welcome email with detail on how to join our group.
How does the challenge work?
Each day over 5 days Jodi will go live in the private Facebook group to provide you with coaching and guidance throughout the challenge. Jodi believes weight loss and health should be fun so the challenges are fun and interactive too.
How much time will it take each day?
Generally, the first session is the longest and may go from 1 -2 hours
After that, each session is about 30 mins.
Jodi is very generous with her time so will stay live longer all depending on how may questions or support you need.
