1 cup soda water

1/2 lime, sliced finely

8-10 fresh mint leaves

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Step 1

Place ice cubes into a glass.

Step 2

Lightly squeeze lime slices into a glass and put them on top of the ice.

Macerate the mint leaves with your fingers to release the oils.

Step 4

Place all remaining ingredients into the glass and mix together gently.
