Throughout the storytelling section, we use visualisation, neuro-linguistic programming techniques and other specialty techniques to help teach your mind new habits and behaviours around eating.
We also teach your mind and stomach to reconnect and communicate the ‘I’m full’ signals.
We also suggest healthier eating choices and other ways to deal with how we feel or any emotional triggers around overeating.
As usual, we take our time to first descend into a luxurious deep relaxation destressing the body giving you all the benefits have a beautiful night sleep before moving into the therapy part of this hypnosis session.
