In this session first, we completely transcend you down into a blissful and peaceful state of relaxation, removing any cares, worries, concerns, helping you let go of the world right now and relax in a deeply peaceful state.

Next, we travel deep into your unconscious mind, down to the deepest realm to your inner wisdom, down deep into the part of your mind that knows all the answers to the question you have around why you do what you do.

From there, your unconscious will open a door to the inner workings of your mind, giving you the answers you seek, resolving the reason why you have your relationship with food, overeat, snack or not eating healthy and find better solutions.

After you’ve resolved your eating habits we work on further mending the stomach- brain connection and install a strong connection between your stomach and brain then reinforce the connection so the bond can never be broken. Helping your stomach know its full and your brain to send signals to stop eating and end the usual overeating habits.
