Now it’s time for you, time to let go, let go of the world and what it wants from you right now and you take this special time for you to just be in the moment and enjoy this wonderful journey into the gentle unknown.

Next, we go on an adventure through a secret door and discover what treasures are on the other side. This session uses the power of your imagination and your senses to immerse you in a magical place of all-knowing.

In this storytelling hypnosis session, we use the power of metaphors to bypass the usual barriers to change, stepping around your resistance and gently make a powerful shift in your mindset around all those habits you are struggling to leave behind or get that unstoppable mindset towards what you want.
