This session is designed to help you focus on eating, enjoy every bite of delicious food, connect your mind and body while noticing the feelings of fullness to stop you from overeating.

First, we hypnotically take your mind on a journey aboard a gentle rocking train, transcending you down into a beautiful relaxing place. It is from here we connect with the part of your mind that loves reaching your weight loss goals.

Next, we heighten awareness around the part of you that loves food, savours the smell, taste, texture and flavour to enhance your individual eating experiences leaving you feeling very satisfied and full after each food encounter. so much so that you feel satisfied and satiated.

Finally, we increase your confidence, pride and excitement for life with a clever little post-hypnotic suggestion for self-esteem and motivation anchored to everyday activity.
